Please allow 1–3 business days for processing on all orders shipped via UPS Ground  This timeframe excludes weekends, holidays and sale periods. . Orders placed after 12 PM EST or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.  

Returns

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us right away. Once an hour has passed since your order was placed, we may not be able to accommodate adjustments.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.  All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags attached and packaging. Please ship items back in original shipping box to ensure they are appropriately protected in transit.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed. Your return will be credited to the same card used to make the original payment. Refunds are for product only and do not include any initial shipping costs. You will be notified by email when your return has been received and processed. 

Exchanges
